Refund Policy

At SomaShadow Method™ (operated by Soulvyom Research LLP), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our programs and products.

1. Masterclass Registration (₹99)

Refund Window: Full refund available up to 24 hours before the scheduled masterclass start time.

How to Request: Email abhinav@soulvyom.com with your registration details. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

No Refund: Once the masterclass has started, no refunds are available. If you cannot attend, you will receive access to the recording.

2. Digital Workbook Bundles (₹399)

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you purchase a workbook bundle and find it's not what you need, you can request a full refund within 14 days.

Conditions:

  • Refund request must be submitted within 14 days.
  • Email your order details and refund request.
  • No questions asked refund policy.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

3. 1:1 Sessions

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

Session Cancellations:

  • Provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session.
  • No refund after the container begins.

Withdrawal from Container: Remaining sessions may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.

4. Group Cohorts

Pre-Launch Refund: Full refund available up to 7 days before the cohort start date.

After Cohort Starts: No refunds once the cohort begins. Recordings and materials will still be provided.

Important Note: Digital products, recordings and downloadable materials cannot be returned once accessed. This refund policy is based on mutual trust and fair use.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased content, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue or issue a refund if necessary.

6. How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Your Full Name
  • Email Address Used During Purchase
  • Order / Transaction ID
  • Product or Program Name
  • Reason for Refund (Optional)

Processing Time: Requests are reviewed within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, access to current and future programs may be revoked. Please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
