India's Psychosomatic Healing Practitioner

About Abhinav

The practitioner who decodes the emotional root of lifestyle disease

Abhinav

I am not the person who will fix you. I am the person who will help you understand what your body has been trying to say — and build a healing practice around that conversation.

This work began with curiosity about spiritual practices — and then, an observation I couldn't ignore.

I learned Bach Flower Remedies as part of my journey of spiritual exploration. And as I practiced them, I started noticing something remarkable: people's physical symptoms were shifting.

"Your body is not breaking down. It is breaking open — trying to show you something that has not been heard yet."

From Observation to Conviction

The more I observed this pattern — emotional shift leading to physical relief — the more I needed to understand it.

I researched psychosomatics, polyvagal theory, neurobiology of suppressed emotions, and studied experts like Gabor Maté, Bessel van der Kolk, and Peter Levine.

The more I researched, the more convinced I became that many physical symptoms have emotional roots and hidden patterns beneath them.

Who I Work With

I work with intelligent, high-functioning people living with thyroid disorders, autoimmune conditions, diabetes, PCOS and chronic fatigue.

People who have tried the external approaches and are finally ready to go inward.

What Makes SomaShadow Different

SomaShadow Method™ sits at the intersection of psychosomatics, shadow work, and Bach Flower Remedies.

I don't replace your doctor or therapist. I occupy the space beneath both — the emotional root they don't reach.

This isn't wellness culture. This is archaeology. We dig until we find what's been buried.

"Healing is not a diet plan. It's a homecoming. And some of us have been away for a very long time."

My Approach

I work slowly. I work honestly. I don't perform certainty I don't have, and I don't make promises the body can't keep.

What I do offer: precision in naming what you've lived, depth in understanding how it landed in your body, and a structured container for doing the work that changes things.
