The Homecoming

An 8-week container for the emotional roots of your diagnosis

You now understand that your body hasn't been failing you. It's been trying to reach you. The Homecoming is where you learn how to listen — and what to do with what you hear.

See What's Inside
You Are Here

Something went still inside you
during the masterclass.

That stillness was not coincidence. The body recognises truth before the mind catches up. If any of these have been your life — you are exactly where this programme was built for.

My numbers are controlled. Nothing about my life is.

I've done everything right. I function well. I just don't feel well. Those are not the same thing.

I understand the emotional connection intellectually. I just don't know what to do with it in my body.

I'm the stable one. The strong one. Nobody ever asks what I'm actually holding.

I've read Gabor Maté. I get it. But then what? Where do I take that?

I want to understand my condition — not just manage it. There's a difference and I feel it.

"The information was never
the missing piece.
The container was."

The masterclass gave you a new map. The Homecoming is where you use it — with a group of people who are living the same thing, held by a structured practice that goes exactly where medicine hasn't.

The Journey

Eight weeks.
One direction — inward.

Not a course. Not a curriculum. A container with a shape. Six weeks of deep work. Two weeks for the body to catch up. By the time you arrive at Week 8, you are not the same person who entered.

1–2
Arrive
You Are Not Broken

Map your body's story. Name what nobody asked. First Bach Flower Remedies.

3–4
Descend
The Shadow

The suppressed no. The silence that became permanent. The parts underground. The guided shadow meditation.

5–6
Reckon
The Inheritance

What came before you. Unmourned grief. Second Bach Flower round. The body's deeper record.

7–8
Return
The Homecoming

Integration. A new conversation with the body. Closing ceremony. Arriving back to yourself.

Week 1

The Arrival

Your body's story — not the medical timeline, the life timeline. What was happening before the diagnosis came. The group container is formed. First Bach Flower interview.

Week 2

The Body as Messenger

Psychoneuroimmunology without jargon. The specific emotional signatures of thyroid, autoimmune, metabolic disease. You begin to locate your diagnosis on an emotional map.

Week 3

The Suppressed No

Every swallowed anger. Every performed fine. When you learned your needs were inconvenient — and what that costs a body over years of being held in.

Week 4

Meet the Shadow

A guided meditation to encounter one suppressed part of yourself directly. Not to fix it. To see it — and understand what it has been doing in the body instead.

Week 5

The Inherited Blueprint

Some of what lives in your body was handed down. The silence that was modelled. The home where a certain emotion was never safe. Second Bach Flower interview.

Week 6

The Grief You Never Had Time For

The life that quietly narrowed. The losses nobody gave a ceremony. The body holds what was never mourned. This week, we make space for it to move.

Week 7

A New Conversation

The symptom is no longer the enemy — it is a signal. Build the practice of listening. What begins to change in the body when what was suppressed is finally allowed to return.

Week 8

The Homecoming

A closing ceremony. Each person speaks to what has shifted. A formal arrival. You are not who came in eight weeks ago — and this session is where that is witnessed.

What You Receive

Everything the container holds

🌿

8 Live Weekly Sessions

90 minutes each. Teaching, experiential practice, and group witnessing. Every session moves — nothing is repeated, nothing is rushed.

📓

Shadow Work Journal Prompts

Delivered weekly — not all at once. Designed to carry the session's work into your body between calls. Not homework. Continuing the conversation.

🕯️

Guided Shadow Meditation

A 40-minute guided practice in Week 4 — to encounter one suppressed part of yourself directly, in a safe, held space.

🌸

Two Bach Flower Remedy Rounds

A private 45-minute interview at Week 1 and Week 5. Individually selected remedies, dispatched to you. The mix changes as the work deepens.

👥

The Group Container

12 people maximum. Private community space between sessions. The isolation of chronic illness breaks here — often permanently.

A Practice You Keep

Week 7 is dedicated to building your ongoing body-listening practice — not as a programme to complete, but as a relationship to continue.

Honest Clarity

Who this is for —
and who it isn't

This is for you if —

  • You are living with thyroid, autoimmune, or metabolic disease — on medication or managing without
  • You've tried every external approach and something is still missing
  • You are the strong one, the caretaker, the person who doesn't ask for what they need — man or woman
  • You function well. You don't feel well. You've stopped expecting anyone to understand the difference.
  • You are ready to look inward — not as a last resort, but as a genuine next step
  • You want a container — not more information — to do this work in

This is not for you if —

  • You are looking for a diet plan or supplement protocol
  • You believe emotions have no role in physical health
  • You want a replacement for your doctor or medical treatment
  • You are in acute psychiatric crisis — please seek direct support first
  • You want a 5-step plan or a 30-day fix
  • You are not willing to be honest with yourself
What Shifts

Not a cure.
Something more durable.

What participants report is not miracle. It is return — to a different relationship with their body, and with themselves.

"By week three I understood something I had never understood — that every time I 'handled it' without saying what I needed, my body was making a note. The Hashimoto's didn't disappear. But I stopped being at war with it."

Hashimoto's Thyroiditis · Bengaluru

"I came in through the science. The framing of 'root cause analysis' rather than 'emotional healing' was the door for me. By week four I was doing the deepest work of my adult life. The Bach remedies were more precise than I expected."

Type 2 Diabetes · Mumbai

"My numbers haven't changed. My life has. I rest without guilt now. I ask for things. I don't know if that's healing — but it feels like returning. And my body is quieter than it's been in years."

Rheumatoid Arthritis · Delhi

Lt Col. Abhinav Sharma, SM(Retd)
Ex-Army · Gallantry Award · Psychosomatic Practitioner · Bach Flower Therapist

I was a sensitive child in an environment where I couldn't be one. So I did what made sense — replaced the sensitivity with something harder. Built a wall. Good marks. Army. Gallantry award. I saw what I saw. The wall kept getting thicker.

"The funny thing about walls — if they keep you in, they also keep others out."

I never talked to anyone about how I felt. Not even to myself. So I developed a relationship with food that had nothing to do with hunger — especially sugar — while my mother's side all have diabetes, and my younger brother is diabetic. I spent my life in control: my face, my words, my anger.

By my early forties: a stomach that bloated every time I felt inadequate. A prostate condition. Hair thinning that had started in my late twenties. I could see exactly where I was heading.

"The body doesn't lie. It just speaks a language we were never taught."

The bloating wasn't food. The jaw wasn't tension. The hair wasn't genetics. The prostate wasn't age. They were a record — precise, loyal, unedited — of everything I had suppressed, controlled, swallowed, and performed around for forty years. I went deep into psychosomatics. I became a Bach Flower practitioner. I built this work out of what I found. I built it for the person — man or woman — who has been told their condition is genetic, is lifestyle, is just the way things are. And something in them keeps asking: is that really the whole story?

Where This Sits

This does not replace
anything you are already doing.

Your Doctor

Manages your diagnosis, adjusts your medication, monitors your numbers. Essential. Continue entirely.

Your Nutritionist

Addresses food, inflammation, gut health. Important. This works alongside it — not in competition.

The Homecoming

Works at the emotional root — the layer beneath what medicine and nutrition reach. The conversation your body has been trying to start.

The Investment

What it costs
to go inward.

This audience does not respond to urgency. What follows is honest information about the investment — and what it includes.

Questions

What people ask
before they say yes.

Do I need to stop my medication or medical treatment?
No — and this is important. The Homecoming works alongside your medical care, not instead of it. You continue with your doctor, your endocrinologist, your supplements. This programme addresses the emotional layer that your medical team does not reach. The two are not in conflict — they address different dimensions of the same condition.
I'm a man. Is this space actually for me?
I built this work as a man who lived this exact journey — army, discipline, walls, body beginning to speak in my forties. The male ICP in this programme enters through a different door: root cause, decoding, the intelligence of the body. Not feelings. Not healing in the conventional sense. Come in through that door — and go as deep as you need to. You will not be the only man in the room.
I have never done shadow work or inner work before. Is this for me?
Yes. In fact, it may be more powerful for you. No prior experience is required — only a readiness to be honest with yourself and a willingness to look inward. The programme is designed for exactly where you are: someone who understands the emotional dimension intellectually but has never had a structured container to do the work in.
What if I find the group work uncomfortable? I'm a private person.
This is the most common concern — and one of the things the group most directly addresses. There is no requirement to share more than you are ready to. The group is held to a container of witnessing, not advice-giving. Many people who come in most private find that by Week 3, the shared experience is exactly what makes the work possible. If you need full privacy, a 1:1 option is available.
How do the Bach Flower Remedies work? Do I need to believe in them?
You don't need to believe in anything. The remedies are selected through a private 45-minute interview based on your current emotional state — not your spiritual orientation. They are gentle, non-toxic, and do not interact with any medication. The second round is adjusted based on what has shifted in the first four weeks. Many of the most sceptical people find them to be the most quietly powerful element of the programme.
Will this cure my condition?
This programme makes no claim of cure. What it offers is a shift in your relationship with your body — from managing a malfunction to understanding a communication. What participants consistently report: flares become less frequent, the emotional charge around symptoms reduces, the fog lifts, and — more fundamentally — they stop feeling entirely at the mercy of their diagnosis. Whether or not your numbers change, the experience of living in your body changes. That is what we can honestly offer.
What is the time commitment per week?
One 90-minute live session per week, at a fixed time. Between sessions: daily journal prompts of 10–15 minutes, Bach Flower Remedies (4 drops, four times daily), and one short somatic practice. The programme is designed for a real life — not an aspirational one. If you miss a session, the recording is available for 48 hours.
The Invitation

You've been looking
everywhere except here.

Not because you weren't trying. Because nobody showed you that here was where the root was. The Homecoming is for the part of you that already knows something important lives in this direction.
